- ACCEPTANCE: The making of any reservation implies the acceptance of these general conditions.
- USER: The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.
- PREPAYMENT: The system will ask for a payment or guarantee by credit card or bank transfer, the reservation being conditional on the acceptance of the payment by the bank.
- RESERVATION: The reservation will be completed when the user receives by e-mail the confirmation of the reservation with its locator number.
- DATA: All data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive to the reservation staff and will only be used for the purposes of the reservation itself and to communicate future promotions and offers to the client.
- OCCUPANTS: The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the flat and the contracted rate.
- CLEANING: The house will be made available to the client in a clean and tidy condition. The client undertakes to leave the house free of rubbish and food leftovers.
- EQUIPMENT: The client undertakes to leave the house with the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment found at the entrance.
- MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to change the contracted house for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure, such as use or damage occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes will not have any cost for the client.
- GUARANTEE: The client will leave a guaranteed deposit in cash at the entrance for an amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be returned in full on departure, except in the event of any damage to the house, furniture or equipment or in situations of extreme dirt and waste. The cost of restoring the flat to the condition it was in on arrival will be deducted from the deposit.
